SHOP POLICY

Pricing

  • Prices listed are in Singapore Dollars. All prices are fixed. 

  • All prices exclude shipping cost.

 

Shipping Cost

  • For local orders, a flat rate of SGD4.00 will be charged.

  • For all international orders, a flat rate of SGD18.00 will be charged.

  • FREE DELIVERY for orders above SGD80 applies to deliveries within Singapore only.

Processing Time.

  • 2- 3 working days.

Estimated Delivery Lead Time

  • Delivery lead time within Singapore is between 3 to 6 working days.

  • Delivery lead time within Asia Pacific is about 8 to 12 working days.

  • Delivery lead time to other parts of the world is about 14 to 20 working days.

  • We will do our  best to meet the estimated delivery time. However it is also subjected to custom clearance at each respective country.

 

Note: During festive season, do expect delayed deliveries. 

 

Delivery Address

  • The default delivery address we would use will be the one provided on your Paypal receipt/invoice. It will be ideal if you can provide us with a contact number too especially for local trackable parcels.

  • If you wish to send your order to an alternate address instead of the one stated in your Paypal account, please click on  "Add a Note" tab and key in your delivery address before checking out. 

  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate.

Delivery Method

  • All orders within Singapore are sent via trackable parcel OR SMART Pack by Singpost.

  • Please not that all local trackable mail or SMARPAC by Singpost are sent to to your mail boxes during this pandemic period. A tracking number will be forwarded to you once the parcel is shipped.

  • For all international deliveries, your orders will be sent via registered postal mail with tracking number.

  • For other preferred shipping methods, please contact us via mycosyloft@gmail.com. Additional charges may apply.

Returns and Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns and exchanges due to hygiene purpose. All items sold are non-refundable.

  • Refunds or exchange are allowed only if a wrong item is delivered to you. For this case, kindly notify us at mycosyloft@gmail.com within 3 workings days from the date the item is received. 

  • All exchange items must be returned in original condition and packaging. 

Loss & Damages During Shipment

  • My Cosy Loft is not liable for any loss or damages to goods during the course of shipment and delivery.  We will do our best to ensure the most suitable and secure packaging for all orders.

 

Color

  • Due to the inconsistencies of various display monitors, the colors you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. We strive to adjust our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. 

Privacy Policy​​

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect from you lawfully.

  • We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You may check on the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it accordingly.
